This is the eighth book in the series. Above is a good description of the book. There is a good bit of tension in this book because of the situations that are occurring instead of the characters. YAY for this. Will Shya sacrifice Alexa? (This is why he didn't call in his mark before people.) Will Arys be able to keep himself from killing Alexa? (Alexa would prefer that then Shya killing her.) Will they survive the events of this book? Shaz is back but will he be able to keep the blance that is needed? I have to say this is the best book in the series. The plot and story line are solid. The characters are well developed. I was happy with the story overall. This is a great read. Only bummer is the cliff hanger and waiting for the next book.

I really loved the beginning series, which got me hooked. Then it becomes dark and explicit. But I am still reading as I am so invested in the characters I have to find out how they end. Definitely a series of a different kind for me.
Alexa, knows that she has to find the scroll before Shya ...and everyone is on the move. and when she is put to the test she not only brings it but she brings the house down.
this book is a total game changer unknown what Trina M Lee will bring up next but it has me ready and waiting for more.. what will happen next it ?
What a freaking crazy as heck story! I didn't see all of that craziness coming. I hope Aleza can defeat the bloodlust and come back to herself.
This book is the eight book in this series. I got the first 4 book free get them now. This story is as erotic as 50 shades but offers dynamic characters that keep you flipping pages to see how they all end up. I am drawn to the Arys and Alexa twin flame story line. If every loved someone you couldn't live without this book will make that craving devour you. Start at the beginning it's a hellava ride!
I have fallen in love with all the characters, well minus ones I love to hate. I don't write big, long reviews, and if I take the time to write anything's it's usually because I either loved it or hated it. This must be love....
Great characters, love the story. Exciting and adventurous, and thrilling, and even a little nerve-wracking! I enjoy this authors story very much. Great picture writing - painting a picture with words...Try the series.
The knowledge that love and happiness can come from something horrible happening. It's amazing. But knowing your dying and trying to protect the ones you love is hard. Stopping a demon from ruling the city, your guardian angel taking your darkness as you die so you can remain a creature of light and a protector of mankind. It's all to much. What an amazing book.
Alexa is still trying to save the world from demons. If you like demons, were's and vampires - this is the series for you! Alexa will make the ultimate sacrifice, in this book, letting ARYS turn her into the undead. Kaye and ARYS are both vampires and want Alexa for their own. She, thus far, has chosen ARYS as her partner. I am hoping Kale wins Alexa, even though it appears otherwise. This series keeps getting better and better. I like the way ARYS and Kale weave in and out of the story. I like to see the underdog win sometime and his day is due. Very entertaining and I look forward to every book. I would recommend you start from the first book though - you don't want to miss a moment of the action.
